You will love the Gusto Ride Long, with its cool stops like the Maison du Gruyère, where you can discover the secrets of cheese. You will then ride through the town of Gruyères, before taking a well-deserved break at the Etape Boutique & Coffee, a great place to recharge your batteries with a delicious coffee. You can continue your journey at Boudji. Stop off there for some homemade local specialities. Sit on the wooden terrace and admire the panoramic view of the Pre-Alps. And to finish with a highlight, stop off at Maison Cailler. This iconic chocolate factory will greet you with the smell of cocoa.

MAISON DU GRUYÈRE

Immerse yourself in the world of the king of cheeses and discover the secrets of its production. Let yourself be guided through the production steps, from the lush meadows where the cows graze to the traditional ripening of the cheese wheels. Your senses will be stimulated by the intoxicating aromas that fill the air and the tasting of delicious cheeses that melt in your mouth.

MEDIEVAL TOWN OF GRUYÈRES

Gruyères has more to offer than just its cheese. As you cycle through the cobbled streets, you will be enchanted by the perfectly preserved medieval architecture. Gruyères Castle, which overlooks the town, is a true marvel that will take you back in time. Take the time to stroll through the village itself. Here you will find charming, typical houses and craft shops.

ETAPE Boutique & Coffee

CHEZ BOUDJI

Nestled in the alpine meadows, this buvette invites you to enjoy the tranquillity of the mountains. Take a break and taste homemade local specialities. You will be warmly welcomed by the host's hospitality. Sit on the wooden terrace and enjoy the panoramic view of the majestic peaks while you fortify yourself with fresh local produce.

MAISON CAILLER

Stop off at the Maison Cailler. This iconic chocolate factory welcomes you with the scent of cocoa. Take advantage of the presentation organised especially for the day. After this enriching experience, you can relax in the peaceful garden of this 100-year-old factory and enjoy a bar of milk chocolate.

Finisher drink

Back in the event village, you can safely park your bike at the bike station and enjoy a drink in the festive atmosphere of the opening of Bulle station.
